Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Value Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering customer value strategies that directly impact revenue, margin, retention, and long-term business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing expert insight, guidance, and challenge to senior stakeholders.
* Owning specific segments of the consumer customer base (e.g., bill pay, prepaid, broadband) and driving revenue and margin targets.
* Analyzing data and devising initiatives to grow and save revenue and margin.
* Planning designing overseeing implementation value-driven initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. A strong background in customer value management/base management from a B2C perspective with telecoms experience being advantageous.
2. Evidence of successful stakeholder management influencing at all levels comfortable adapting communication styles as needed excellent interpersonal skills collaboration leadership strategic planning problem-solving data analysis interpretation working collaboratively agile environment proactively identify gaps opportunities within commercial valuable insights analyze operational processes ensure efficient delivery optimize outcomes various stakeholders we are looking forward-to hearing your application!
