Construction Manager – Pharma / Biotech – DublinContract:6-Month Contract (with strong possibility of extension)Location:Dublin (On-Site, hybrid flexibility depending on construction phase)Compensation:Competitive Salary / Day Rate(based on experience)Sector:Pharmaceutical / Biotech Facility ProjectsStart:ASAP / November–January Start Windows ConsideredProject OverviewWe are supporting amajor pharmaceutical facility expansionin Dublin, involving new production suites, cleanroom environments, utilities upgrades, and associated packaging/warehouse fit-out.You'll leadon-site construction execution, ensuring safety compliance, contractor coordination, schedule alignment, and high-quality delivery in a liveGMP-regulatedmanufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on-site construction & installation activities across multiple trades.Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, safe work permits, and site logistics.Review RAMS, method statements, technical drawings, and ensure specification adherence.Chair daily site coordination & toolbox meetings; maintain strong field presence.Collaborate closely with Project Management, CQV, Automation, QA, and Scheduling teams.Ensure all construction phases remain compliant with GMP / GxP expectations.Support handover and commissioning readiness (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ alignment).Required Experience5–15+ years in Construction Management / Site Management within Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, or other GMP facilities .Proven experience managing cleanroom, utilities, or process facility builds.Strong subcontractor management and site leadership experience.Solid understanding of GMP, change control, and documentation discipline.Confident communicator, able to lead multi-discipline coordination on a fast-moving site.Preferred BackgroundsConstruction Manager / Site Manager / SuperintendentEPCM / CM consulting (e.g., PM Group, Jacobs, DPS, M+W, IPS, etc.) is beneficialMechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering background is an advantage (not essential)Nice to HaveExperience with clean utilities (WFI, PW, HVAC, CIP/SIP)Exposure to packaging equipment installation and commissioning workflows
