Property Solicitor Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Solicitor to join our team. As a Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing Commercial and Private Client Conveyancing files.
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Title checks, raising queries, and drafting contracts
* Perform against KPIs and billing targets
You will also support and assist in the provision of high-quality legal services to clients, including case management and monitoring of key dates. Additional skills and expertise include experience with Case Management systems, particularly Practice Evolve.

* A high level of motivation and ability to act on one's own initiative
* Strong organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining attention to detail and strong client focus
