Job Description
The Redcastle Country Hotel Donegal requires a full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen. Working on starters, pastry/desserts and assisting on main courses when needed you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel. Must have at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery. Full time permanent position. 39 hours per week. Euro 34,000 per annum salary. Duties and responsibilities will include: Helping on different sections of the kitchen. Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service. Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
