Job Title: Health and Safety Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees, contractors, and clients on construction projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the project manager and health and safety supervisor to maintain and update health and safety policies and procedures.
* Liaise regularly with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement effective health and safety training programs to raise awareness amongst management and labour forces.
* Coordinate and manage health and safety records and documentation.
Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
* 3+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in construction.
* NEBOSH certification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
