Clinical Support Specialist
* A career opportunity exists to provide clinical nursing skills in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Applicants must have experience sufficient to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post, along with an appreciation of the needs of persons with an intellectual disability.
* The role involves providing individualised services, centre-based and community-based day and residential service to adults with high support needs based on personal outcome measures.
* The successful candidate will be required to co-operate in a team environment, participate in person-centred planning reviews team meetings attend training courses and contribute actively as part of the multidisciplinary staff working together effectively for positive health outcomes for clients.
