o Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profits

* Team Leadership
o Lead a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
o Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills
o Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
* Operational Management
o Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling and performance evaluations
o Implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
o Monitor and address any operational issues promptly
Requirements:
* 3+ years of relevant hospitality management experience
* Proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
