An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join a growing engineering team focused on high-impact projects across the recycling and industrial sectors. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with hands-on experience in 3D design software, particularly CREO, and an interest in mechanical systems and large-scale plant design. This is a permanent onsite position based in Co. Meath. Key Responsibilities: Create and modify detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using CREO. Assist with the design of material handling equipment (e.g., conveyors) and structural support systems. Translate sales and concept designs into production-ready drawings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and client stakeholders. Support the design review process and contribute to value engineering initiatives. Requirements: A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is essential. Strong proficiency in CREO is a distinct advantage (college experience acceptable). Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD is beneficial. Interest in construction/civil-style projects and large-scale design. Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
