As a Chapter Area Lead (Experience)–We’re looking for a senior leader to head up our Experiencefunction, with strategic accountability for both the Customer Experience(CX) and Digital Content & Design Chapters. This role is centralto shaping how customers, employees, and users interact with our brand acrossall channels—including digital platforms, retail environments, and unassistedservice journeys.
You’ll lead functional excellence in journey design,service design, business readiness, and continuous improvement, embeddingexperience principles that drive impact across Tribes. As a recognised expertand enabler, you’ll coach Chapter Leads, influence at an enterprise level, anddevelop multi-channel strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes.
