Key Responsibilities Lead the consolidation and delivery of actuarial financial reporting, including liabilities and earnings, ensuring high-quality output and senior sign-off.
Act as the primary business partner for financial reporting, providing clear insights on performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
Oversee the integration of new reinsurance transactions into the reporting environment through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage, mentor and develop a team of actuaries, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Strengthen governance by owning key relationships with Audit, Risk, Finance and Group Actuarial, and driving continuous process improvement.
Required Experience & Qualifications Qualified Actuary with 7+ years' post-qualification experience.
Deep understanding of actuarial financial reporting within life or reinsurance.
Proven people leadership and experience in a senior actuarial role.
Strong professional judgement and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior levels.
Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible approach.
