We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as a Reservations Administrator at an exclusive special event venue in Tipperary.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for someone who can think on their feet, provide excellent customer service, and work well under pressure. As a Reservations Administrator, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out, handling phone and email inquiries, managing bookings and reservations, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Friendly, professional, and well-presented with excellent customer service skills.
* The ability to work as part of a team.
* IT skills to include Hotsoft or similar.
* Excellent organisational skills to process payments and maintain accurate records.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
