About the Role:

* Work 5 days per week on-site across multiple venues
* Develop and lead a high-performing security team through training and mentoring
* Manage weekly rosters and adhere to industry best-practice standards
Collaborate with venue management to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
Key Responsibilities:
1. Securely manage access control, surveillance systems, and alarm systems
2. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
3. Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure staff and guest safety
