Duties
1. E-Beam Process Operator related (Routine & Validation Process)
2. Management and recording of incoming Goods: Receive customer batches for processing, perform quantity and quality checks, and complete associated batch records (electronic and paper records).
3. Preparation of products for process.
4. Ensure all products are labelled correctly and inform the E-beam Supervisor of any discrepancies.
5. Prepare dosimeters for routine and validation batches and maintain records.
6. Place and retrieve routine and validation batches on/from the E-Beam conveyor and prepare products for shipping.
7. Read dosimeters and maintain records.
8. Ensure correct labelling and identification of products for shipping.
9. Inform the E-beam Supervisor of any damage during the process.
10. Assist with shipping: perform quantity and quality checks, and complete batch records.
11. Support E-Beam Technical Department with equipment qualification and calibration activities.
Quality
1. Maintain accurate records of activities.
2. Ensure documentation complies with SOPs and standards.
3. Attend required training sessions.
4. Notify Supervisor of deviations or problems.
5. Keep training records up-to-date.
Time Keeping and Attendance
1. Record daily timekeeping and swipe access cards when entering/exiting.
2. Notify if unable to attend work, following company policies.
Dose Map Studies
1. Assist with dose map activities as required.
2. Ensure relevant paperwork is submitted to the Technical Department.
General Housekeeping
1. Maintain the E-Beam area to high standards.
General Production Support
1. Assist other production departments as needed.
Other Responsibilities and Duties
1. Alert supervisor of process-related issues.
2. Participate in environmental and radiation monitoring.
3. Attend medical examinations as required.
4. Develop and implement systems for product traceability in E-Beam processing.
5. Assist with specific production projects.
Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Required Experience
