Senior Client Service Professional
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Global Division as a Senior Client Service Advisor.
* Lead a portfolio of global inward businesses in a dynamic broking environment.
* Manage client renewals from start to finish, including mid-term alterations and general day-to-day client and carrier queries.
* Collaborate with the designated claims team to handle insurance claims.
Main Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing: Lead a portfolio of varied global inward businesses within a busy and pro-active broking environment.
2. Renewals Management: Handle clients' renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, dealing with general day-to-day client and carrier queries, and administrative duties pertaining to same.
3. Claims Support: Provide support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claims.
4. Team Assistance: Provide assistance as required to colleagues across a range of general lines products.
5. Policy Review: Review policy wording.
6. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and network colleagues through the delivery of a market-leading service.
7. Sales Initiatives: Participate in sales initiatives to target new clients.
8. Knowledge Sharing: Expand and share knowledge and capabilities.
9. Compliance: Maintain the utmost standards of compliance and adherence to broking best-practice.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Broking Experience: Relevant experience in broking is essential.
* Certifications: Hold a minimum CIP qualification and aim to progress to ACII (desirable).
* Fitness & Probity: Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards.
* CPD Hours: Provide evidence of maintaining CPD hours (min 2 year).
* General Insurance Knowledge: Have a desire to improve knowledge across a range of General insurance products.
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
* Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Teamwork: Great teammate with the ability to work independently.
* Prioritization: Ability to prioritize workload and deliver on objectives.
* Customer Focus: Show a strong dedication to understanding customer needs and attention to detail.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft platforms i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
