Service Manager
Our Service Manager will be responsible for leading our Aftersales team. This role is perfect for a skilled professional looking to progress their career in the motor industry. You will have experience of managing teams, mentoring and training staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
You will also have knowledge of product information and be able to communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and promote relevant services. Accurate record-keeping and maintaining up-to-date systems are essential skills for this role.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in motor retail parts management, preferably with CDK/Kerridge experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
