Monday–Friday | 40 Hours | Site-Based Role
A leading food production company based in Kildare Town is looking to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team.
This is a fully site-based role overseeing all H&S activities across a busy operational environment, reporting directly to the Operations Manager with support from a H&S Supervisor and Trainer.
The Role
Lead and manage site Health & Safety operations
Support and develop a positive H&S culture
Manage compliance, audits, risk assessments & training
Oversee 2 direct reports
Work closely with operations and regional H&S teams
Requirements
2+ years’ experience within a Health & Safety role
Relevant Health & Safety qualification
Previous experience working in Ireland is essential
Strong communication and leadership skills

Package
€45,000–€50,000 salary (flexible for strong candidates)
3% Pension Contribution
21 Days Annual Leave rising to 22 after 5 years
