Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to join a leading professional services organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional looking for a broad range of HR responsibilities to take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role offers exposure across the full HR spectrum in a highly professional and regulated environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping people initiatives, driving engagement, and supporting the delivery of a best-in-class HR strategy.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (including agency management and direct sourcing), ensuring a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
* Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment and onboarding systems, driving efficiency and optimisation.
* Lead and support a variety of HR initiatives spanning employee engagement, DE&I, L&D, succession planning, and performance management.
* Play a central role in talent attraction, including graduate programme administration and employer branding activities.
* Partner with colleagues across HR to deliver cyclical processes such as engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and performance management.
* Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring policies and best practices are applied consistently.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with sector-specific regulatory requirements.
* Deliver data-driven insights and reports to inform decision-making.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners to support strategic people objectives.
What We’re Looking For
* A relevant degree in HR, Business, or related discipline, CIPD membership desirable.
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a broad HR Generalist role with strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
* Experience gained in a professional services or financial services environment is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and an interest in regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.
* Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
