Overview:An international financial institution is seeking an experienced Corporate Lending professional to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, focusing on the origination, structuring, and execution of complex lending transactions.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of multinational corporate clients, driving the origination and execution of large and complex lending deals.Lead end-to-end deal execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Management, Syndications, Capital Structuring, Advisory, and Debt Capital Markets teams.Conduct detailed commercial and credit analysis on new lending opportunities, including qualitative and quantitative due diligence, financial modelling, and stress testing.Prepare and present credit proposals in line with internal policies and approval processes.Oversee ongoing portfolio management, including regular reviews, monitoring of client performance, market developments, and early warning indicators.Manage documentation and transaction due diligence, working closely with internal or external legal counsel.Experience & Skills Required:Minimum 4 years' experience within the financial services sector, ideally in a corporate credit or lending role.Strong understanding of capital markets and corporate banking products.Proven ability to conduct in-depth financial and credit analysis.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.Experience managing the documentation and due diligence process through to transaction completion.Quick to learn and adapt to new products and transaction structures.
