Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Career Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring efficient staffing and compliance across all centers.
* Manage and support all recruitment and onboarding activities within designated areas.
* Coordinate the relief panel and facilitate prompt placement of staff into centers on short notice.
* Ensure daily coding of shifts in Softworks for accurate payroll and attendance tracking.
* Validate Garda Vetting submissions and monitor clearance progress to prevent onboarding delays.
* Use Hirelab ATS system effectively to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
* Collect, verify, and securely store all recruitment documentation on SharePoint, ensuring files meet compliance standards.
* Issue contracts of employment promptly, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
* Work with area recruiters to regularly update internal databases, recruitment trackers, and candidate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* HR qualification (advantageous).
* CIPD qualification (advantageous).
* Prior minimum 1-2 years' experience in recruitment or administration.
