Bid Manager

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager, for a Well known civil engineering company to work on a number of utility projects based in Mayo.

The Role
* Assisting the bid/tender responses and ensuring all requirements from employers’ requirements, site surveys, site meetings, client feedback, method statements and programmes are communicated effectively to the relevant team.
* Maintain registrations with appropriate authorities/bodies to ensure receipt of relevant EOI’s PQQ’s and tender notifications.
* Manage the review of portals for tender opportunities which are aligned to the sales and marketing opportunities and allocate leads to relevant team members.
* Complete the required documentation and ensure submission within the required timescales.
* Maintaining excellent internal relationships, understanding who to go to in order to gather relevant information and ensuring that good relations are kept with key individuals
* Monitor and evaluate the success rates and conversions
* Maintain an effective archive structure for past submissions, continually enriching the bid information library as a key resource
* Manage the PQQ process including updating libraries, obtaining feedback and leading the continuous improvement process.
* Extend business through desk research, customer feedback, client debriefs and post contract appraisals
* Co-ordinate with the wider team to successfully close orders
What you need
* Third Level Qualification in a related industry
* Previous bid writing experience in the construction
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Great communication skills both verbal and written
* 5+ Years’ experience ideally in the Civils Sector
* Team Player
