Job DescriptionAuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Demand/Inventory Planner on behalf of our client, an established SME company within the FMCG sector.
This is a permanent opportunity based in North Dublin.
This role will offer a hybrid working model. Role: Oversee the full demand planning and purchase ordering replenishment processes to ensure exceptional service levels and optimal stock investment.
Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key commercial and operational teams to enhance forecasting accuracy and ensure a deep understanding of the supply chain.
Lead the development of best practices in forward-looking demand analysis and planning.
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implementing solutions to enhance demand planning and forecasting performance.
RequirementsRequirements: Proven experience in Demand/Inventory planning within a fast-paced environment.
Experience within an SME/Family run business preferred for this position.
Experience within the food/FMCG sector preferred for this position.
A relevant educational qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
