The Position
This role is ideal for a senior company secretary looking for a challenging and stimulating position delivering advisory, consultancy, and compliance services to corporate clients within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality service to a portfolio of clients ensuring their needs are met consistently.
* Providing expert advice on annual compliance requirements and preparing relevant documentation.
* Recording statutory changes for clients and preparing necessary documents.
* Assisting with transactional work and providing company secretarial guidance.
* Offering specialist advice on legislative queries and changes brought about by new legislation.
* Attending meetings and interacting directly with clients.
* Ensuring adherence to all firm policies and procedures.
Target Profile / Key Attributes
* ICSA qualified with circa 3-4 years' experience.
* Strong organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Display commitment, motivation, and initiative in all business dealings.
* Technical knowledge of relevant legislation and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
