CPM is currently hiring an Inside Sales Lead Generator to work on our Elavon SME account.
The successful candidate will report to the Inside Sales Manager and will work from our CPM Head Office in Cookstown, Dublin.
The role involves generating leads, creating appointments, and supporting the field sales team to close sales in the SME sector.
Package:
* Basic Salary: €30,000
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Primary Responsibilities:
* Create leads through desk-based research and contact potential customers to generate appointments for our field sales team
* Proactively engage customers over the phone to convert appointments into sales
* Work closely with the Field Team to meet potential customers and close sales
* Achieve and exceed KPI targets
* Manage your customer pipeline and CRM to ensure accurate and secure information
* Plan effectively to maximize prospect volume and efficiency
* Work in compliance with company and client standards
* Complete activities in accordance with internal and external compliance guidelines
* Provide competitor feedback and industry insights
* Research new and existing products/services from competitors regularly
Requirements:
* Experience in inside/tele-sales and/or lead generation
* Experience in the financial/merchant services sector
* Knowledge of the Irish business environment at local and national levels
* Experience with outbound calling, lead management, and CRM systems
* Experience in a target-driven, fast-paced role, preferably in the business sector
* Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask efficiently during calls, updating systems in real-time
* Strong results focus with a drive to meet targets
* Self-motivated and proactive in improving sales performance
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Team player capable of sharing best practices
* Strong analytical skills to prioritize opportunities
* Accountability and ownership of performance and corrective actions
