Job Description:
This role involves working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to manage the kitchen and back-of-house areas effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and garnishing food orders in line with recipes and presentation standards, as well as ensuring the close-down of sections is completed according to departmental procedures and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie, possess knowledge of HACCP principles, and have fluency in both written and spoken English.
Additional desirable skills include experience in a four-star kitchen, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, flexibility, innovation, and adaptability.
