Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support to the Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data systems, assisting with training events, and performing various administrative tasks.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is from £13 per hour. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, the employee will also receive hybrid working arrangements, including 3 office days and 2 remote work-from-home days per week.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage data management systems by updating training and system information
* Assist with organizing training events, arranging room bookings, and hospitality
* Collate attendance records, manage billing activity, and arrange flights and accommodation for trainers
* Order resources for training events and assist in collating feedback
* Provide general administration support to the L&D team as required
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require strong IT skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. You should also have experience working in a busy environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
