Job Title: Offsite Compliance Manager (AVP)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Offsite Compliance Manager to strengthen our outsourcing management structure and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Support the team in maintaining the overall compliance roadmap and coordinating the delivery of related projects and initiatives.
* Ensure robust design and continuous update of the governance framework to support changing products as well as to meet regulatory demands and changes.
* Promote process simplification where possible by identifying synergies in our control areas.
* Implement governance and oversight control priorities and strategy
* Drive risk mitigation and control remediation programs in relation to governance and oversight across the business.
Requirements:
* Prior experience managing stakeholders, building relationships and supporting them towards achieving expected outcomes.
* Action-oriented and outcome-driven to deliver within given timeframes while dealing with conflicting agendas.
* Proven ability to deliver on firmwide objectives through supporting regulatory-type projects.
