On behalf of our client, a well-established and recognisable name in Irish fashion retail, we are recruiting for an experienced
Store Manager
to take the lead in one of their busiest and most commercially important locations, based in
Stillorgan
.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and empathetic leader with a strong background in high-volume retail.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, develop, and motivate a loyal team to achieve store targets and maintain high standards across all areas of the business.
· Drive commercial performance by analysing sales data, understanding customer profiles, and making real-time trading decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Minimum 3 years' experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a high-turnover retail environment.
· Strong
commercial awareness
with a track record of delivering results through effective leadership and sales strategies.
· A confident, people-focused manager who leads with
empathy and clarity

· Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service through a consultative approach.
· Highly skilled in
visual presentation
