OverviewOur client is a rapidly expanding company focused on shaping the future of robotic automation. The company designs, manufactures, and integrates custom robotic automation solutions for various industries including Pharma, Food and other sectors. They serve an international customer base, enabling increased efficiency and competitiveness for their clients.We are looking for a driven and technically savvy Junior and Senior Technical Sales Engineer. The role will support the sales team in client interactions, understand technical needs, and deliver comprehensive solutions. This is a strong opportunity for career advancement within robotics automation.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Comprehension and Proficiency: Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s product range, including standard robotic systems and their capability to develop modular and flexible automated solutions. Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word to produce comprehensive and visually appealing technical documentation. Use technical writing and visual tools to articulate client requirements effectively.Sales Support and Proposal Development: Aid the sales team in detailed discussions with clients to grasp technical needs, challenges, and pain points. Use AutoCAD and relevant software to create preliminary 2D machine layouts. Assist in crafting detailed technical sales proposals aligned with client specifications. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to accurately price projects, considering materials, labor, and expenses. Present immersive visualizations of proposed solutions using 3D design or animations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering3+ years of relevant experienceProficiency in AutoCADStrong technical aptitude and interest in robotics and automationExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to comprehend and convey technical concepts effectivelySelf-driven, results-focused, and enthusiastic about continuous learningPrior experience in sales or customer-facing positions is advantageousFlexible and adaptable mindset, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiencesAbility to work with ambiguous information and evolving project specifications within tight deadlinesSoftware Skills (Plus, not required)Experience with 2D design software plus AutoCAD, DraftSightExperience with 3D design/modeling software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, CREO, or similar toolsRemunerationTo apply, please submit your resume and cover letter in Word detailing your qualifications and relevant experience.
