We are delighted to invite applications for the role of Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee the day to day operations of the drive thru.
Duties will include:
* Train new employees in line with company SOPs
* Adherence to all HACCP procedures and systems
* Managing orders and ensuring stocking levels are adequate at all times.
* Managing deliveries and ensuring they are accurate and on time.
* Identifying staff training needs and ensuring training plans are carried out and documented.
* Monitor employee performance, ensuring proactive approach to dealing with same.
* Responsible for cash and cashing processes and procedures.
* Promote a high level of service for all customers at all times.
* Maintain regular communication with Management
* Ensure that all duties and assignments are performed and completed in a timely manner
* Assign duties to staff
* Assist with roster in line with business requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
