Job Details
* Location: Ireland
* Salary: Starting from €65,000 per annum
* Position: Full-time, Permanent
What You’ll Do
* Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated kitchen brigade.
* Design and deliver seasonal menus that highlight the best of Irish and international cuisine.
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Oversee kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and cost management.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience 5 years as Head Chef in a 4-star or equivalent high-quality establishment.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and mentoring skills.
* A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative dishes.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellence.
* Strong financial awareness and cost control knowledge.
