HGV Mechanic Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled HGV mechanic to join our modern workshop facility on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanic looking for a stable and rewarding role within a professional environment.
Full FS/Solas qualifications are an advantage but not essential. We value candidates with hands-on experience in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
* Carry out repairs and maintenance on all HGV makes and models, including trailers.
* Perform basic servicing, advanced electrical diagnostics, wheel alignment, and general vehicle repair tasks.
* Support managed fleet maintenance and occasional roadside assistance.
We use a range of specialist workshop tools and diagnostic equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
Our ideal candidate can work independently and as part of a team to maintain high workshop and vehicle standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
* Able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Fully clean B licence; C/CE licence is an advantage but not essential.
