Full Job Description
At Designer Group, our Marketing team supports the entire business, from internal communications to client engagement and event execution. We're now hiring a Marketing Administrator to provide dedicated support across a range of administrative and coordination tasks.
This is not an entry-level graduate position. We're looking for someone who has previously supported a Marketing team or provided executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Own and manage the process for ordering, tracking, and distributing branded merchandise across all sites and events
* Oversee stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment and reporting
* Track and raise SAP requisitions and purchase orders (POs) with accuracy and speed
* Create, format and edit PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines
* Support the creation and organisation of social media content plans and influencer contracts
* Maintain the Marketing Library, templates, CV bank and organisational charts
* Assist in planning and delivery of client events, team days, and industry exhibitions
* Act as a point of contact for day-to-day marketing admin queries across departments
* Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Manager and wider team
Qualifications and Skills:
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing support or senior administrative support role
* Confidence working across Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems is highly desirable
* Experience in managing corporate branding and merchandise processes
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease
* A collaborative working style and enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic, fast-paced team
* A full, clean driver's licence, occasional travel to off-site events or between DG locations may be required
