Salary: €34,036 - €47,454 (Pro‑Rata)
Role Description
Support Workers provide a key caring role for a group of People Supported by the Services. They are responsible for all aspects of personal care required during the day, including meals, personal hygiene and other related aspects of physical well‑being. A major focus of the role is to support People Supported in the development of their Individual Plans and achievement of associated outcomes, and to facilitate their community participation and integration.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver daily personal care services to supported individuals.
* Assist in developing and monitoring Individual Plans.
* Support community participation and integration activities.
* Maintain accurate care documentation.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and families.
Qualifications & Experience
* Positive attitude towards working with people with an intellectual disability.
* Commitment to ensuring supported persons lead fulfilling lives.
* Previous experience in care or related fields preferred.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
