The Account Executive is a high impact position combining relationship management and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities
* Engage with existing clients to develop relationships and grow revenue by uncovering additional use cases and opportunities.
* Qualify sales opportunities based on Docusign's sales methodology and metrics.
* Position the value of our solutions as part of the client's overall business solution, linking benefits to key business issues.
* Expand solutions beyond initial implementation, presenting and upselling new products and services.
* Process sales orders and facilitate onboarding.
* Coordinate with other resources like professional services and marketing.
* Encourage customer participation in events.
* Provide timely reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
Fluency in English and French is required. Experience in consultative SaaS sales and account management is necessary. Digital literacy, including Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is also required.
Preferred qualifications include proven sales success and quota achievement, experience in services or consulting delivery, ability to manage large client volumes, and strong communication skills.
