A leading energy generation company is seeking a Power Station Operations Team Member to join their team across three key generating stations in Dublin. These sites are managed and operated to the highest efficiency, safety, and availability standards in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plants and equipment on site.
Support daily operations: monitoring, assessing, testing, and operating equipment.
Maintain operations in line with strict safety, environmental, and chemical requirements.
Contribute to reporting and record-keeping for shift activities.
Assist in procedure development and the implementation of operational systems.
Support initial troubleshooting and maintenance efforts, including planned outages.
Promote compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Background in process or operations work (heavy industry, energy, manufacturing, etc.).
Ability to interpret process and control data and respond accordingly.
Flexibility to work shifts and provide cover when needed.
Desirable:
Experience in power station operations or similar heavy process industry.
A recognised craft qualification (Control & Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical Fitting).
Good knowledge of health & safety and environmental standards.
Familiarity with maintenance or operations management systems.
Safe Systems of Work awareness.
Holding relevant CSCS tickets and qualifications.
Experience supporting and supervising contractors is a bonus
