As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of CET Connect projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. This role plays a key part in coordinating project teams, managing contractual obligations, supporting commercial activities, and maintaining strong communication with senior leadership. You will act as a central point of governance across assigned projects, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Maintain strong market awareness to identify and assess new business opportunities
Support commercial and business development teams in securing new projects
Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring clarity of obligations for all parties
Oversee the execution of assigned projects to ensure delivery is safe, timely and within budget
Coordinate project schedules, resources, labour and subcontractors across multiple sites
Monitor project performance, progress, quality and financial metrics
Lead regular meetings with clients, stakeholders and site teams to review project status
Manage and resolve contractual issues, variations and disputes
Ensure strict adherence to quality control, health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
Provide clear leadership, guidance, and mentorship to site staff and subcontractors
Maintain accurate reporting on project progress, risks and commercial performance
Strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and reliable delivery
Identify operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure project alignment with organisational goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of contract structures, obligations and the contract lifecycle
Skilled in negotiation, collaboration and stakeholder management
Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and clients
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple locations
Highly organised, accurate, and capable of managing competing priorities
Willingness and eligibility for travel and eligibility to work across Europe
Ability to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines
