This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our organization and play a key role in driving sales growth through leadership.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily activity.
* Closing sales appointments and meeting quarterly targets.
* Building and maintaining a sales pipeline.

About the Role:
This position requires a proven track record of selling solutions in B2B environments, confidence in value-based consulting sales, and experience in attending high-volume weekly meetings. The ideal candidate will also have field-based experience with the ability to work independently.
* Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Ability to sell to various audiences, including business owners, directors, and HR managers.
What We Offer:
A competitive package and benefits across the group, including a guaranteed €70k base salary and OTE of €110,000, plus additional incentives up to €150k+. A car allowance of up to €6k or a company electric/hybrid vehicle is also available.
