We are a rapidly growing software provider and progressive business that offers a variety of digital banking solutions for its customers and organisations all over the world.We are now looking for an experiencedSales Managerto lead and scale our sales function, driving revenue across different product verticals within the Financial Services ecosystem.Responsibilities:Own and execute the sales strategy across assigned product lines within the Financial Services and Payments industry.Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Manage the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline development and deal structuring to negotiation and closing.Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs.Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams to align sales activity with business objectives.Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.Represent the business in senior-level client meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions.Team & Product Focus:Depending on business needs, the role will lead sales activities within one of the following focus areas:Managing and scaling sales of multiple payment solutions, including at least five different payment methods(e.g. cards, local payment methods, alternative payments, digital wallets), orManaging and growing sales of credit card products, with responsibility for driving and closing sales across a minimum of five card-based solutionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.At least 5 years of progressive sales experience within Financial Services, Fintech, Payments, or Banking.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets.Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales teams.Strong understanding of B2B sales models, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
