Residential Finishing Foreman - Opportunity for Growth and Progression
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Residential Finishing Foreman to join our team. As a key member of the site management team, you will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing snag lists, liaising with the project team, and ensuring timely handovers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate trades to ensure efficient delivery of projects
* Manage snag lists and resolve any issues promptly
* Liaise with the site manager and project team to ensure smooth project execution
* Ensure timely handovers of completed projects
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within residential construction
* Trade background (e.g., carpentry or plastering) is highly desirable
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget
* Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Full driving licence and own transport preferred
