We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Treasury Administrator to join our team in Dublin. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract that offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in treasury operations, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management within a structured public sector environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for:
* Daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
* Monitoring suspense accounts and resolving unreconciled transactions to maintain optimal cash flow.
* Managing bank accounts, mandates, savings, direct debits, and banking portal access to support treasury operations.
* Assisting with cash flow forecasting to inform financial planning and treasury strategy.
* Processing settlements and supporting month-end reconciliations and reporting to ensure compliance.
* Driving treasury process improvements and supporting finance transformation projects to enhance business performance.
Candidate Requirements
A degree (NFQ Level 7+) in finance, business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years' experience in management accounts, reconciliations, and financial statements, is required. Strong skills in Excel and MS Office are essential, as well as excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team is also essential.
