The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial director and providing expertise in cost management, project management, quantity surveying, and capex management for various residential projects across Ireland.
About the Role
* Manage a portfolio of projects from a QS and Cost perspective Responsible for estimating and costing works required Manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors Report to senior directors on project plans and developments
* ◆ Provide expert advice on cost-related matters including managing legal aspects of contracts
* ◆ Oversee preconstruction through to completion ensuring seamless delivery
