Maintenance Supervisor
A key role exists for a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee maintenance operations and drive optimal equipment performance.
1. Optimize maintenance operations by implementing and enhancing preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime and efficiency, thereby reducing downtime and improving overall output.
2. Lead and develop your team by training, mentoring, and setting performance goals for technicians to enhance their skills and contributions in the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
3. Drive continuous improvement by monitoring and improving the effectiveness of all maintenance activities while owning and increasing equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which is critical for operational excellence.
4. Manage resources effectively to prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize production output, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics, to drive equipment reliability and optimize spare parts management, which are essential for efficient maintenance.
6. Maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations while leading Corrective Action Preventative Activities (CAPA) to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality products.
7. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
8. Experience:
o 5+ years in maintenance/engineering roles within high-volume automated industries.
o 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
o Extensive hands-on knowledge of preventive and reactive maintenance techniques.
