We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Specialist to manage a portfolio of commercial clients, handle everything from renewals and adjustments to claims and new business development.
About the Role:
This is a proactive, client-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge and a dedication to excellent service.
1. Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial clients
2. Prepare, issue, and process renewals, MTAs, and new business
3. Identify and advise on appropriate insurance solutions
4. Grow new business opportunities
5. Handle claims support
6. Ensure all activity is compliant and up to regulatory standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance broking
* Strong understanding of areas such as Professional Indemnity, D&O, and Cyber
* APA or CIP qualified
* Excellent client servicing, organisational, and communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
