Key Responsibilities: Monitoring company annual returns.
Filing company annual returns.
Preparation of company minutes.
Providing administrative and secretarial support to our team.
Attending and taking minutes of, or procuring that minutes are taken, of general meetings, Board meetings and specified sub-committee meetings.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and systems to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Identify and support business development opportunities.
You will have: 1-3 years' experience in a company secretarial or similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of Irish company law and CRO processes.
Experience with company secretarial software.
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Accessible and open to our team members; always willing to listen, learn and support.
A client-focused, proactive attitude with a strong interest in continuous improvement and business growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
