Senior Talent Development Manager
We are seeking a Senior Talent Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and executing our talent strategy to build a thriving, high-performing organization.
The Senior Talent Development Manager will report to the Director of Strategic Talent & Business Partnering and will be responsible for contributing to the overall development and execution of the talent strategy for our company.
* Design and execute enterprise-wide talent frameworks that align with business goals.
* Provide guidance on best practice for employee engagement and performance management.
* Develop necessary workforce analytics to inform talent approach and measure impact.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, selecting and implementing strategic Talent Management interventions across a complex, growing organization. They will also possess expertise across the talent life cycle, including succession, performance, leadership development and DEIB.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Talent Management
* Support the Director in the design of enterprise-wide talent frameworks for:
* Talent Assessment & Succession Planning: Ensuring visibility of future leaders and critical roles.
* Organisational Effectiveness: Input to structural reviews, workforce planning, capability alignment and team effectiveness.
* DEIB Strategy: Lead the execution of an inclusion strategy that supports belonging, fairness, and purpose-led people practices.
Leadership Development
* Inputting to the L&D strategy, with a focus on targeted capability building.
* Designing pathways for emerging, front line, and executive leaders to thrive.
Collaboration
* Work with the People Partners to understand & anticipate business needs and generate insights for translation into talent interventions.
* Collaborate closely with peers across Reward, People Experience and HR Transformation to ensure joined-up delivery of the people strategy.
Experience Required:
* Experienced Talent practitioner with proven experience in designing, selecting and implementing strategic Talent Management interventions.
* Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities to create a cohesive, agile approach to talent.
* Expertise across the talent life cycle, including succession, performance, leadership development and DEIB.
Success Measures:
* Strengthened internal succession pipelines and critical talent visibility.
* Improved employee performance outcomes and talent mobility.
* Clear enterprise-wide development pathways and leadership effectiveness measures.
