Job Title: Global Client Director
About the Role:
You will lead our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our largest and often most challenging global customers, while consistently exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves helping our customers effectively engage with Talent solutions (Talent and Learning). You will build and maintain strong professional relationships with large global clients by conducting executive-level discussions and negotiations related to transforming client business through LinkedIn platform.
* You will be responsible for leading strategy for some of our largest global accounts by coordinating sales motions across your extended team.
* You will inspire and partner with other sales professionals to best support our top-tier clients.
Skills & Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have:
1. A minimum 10 years of experience in solution-selling roles or equivalent consultative experience
2. A minimum 5 years of experience selling to EVPs/CXOs of Fortune 500 companies

bilingual fluency in English & German.
