HR Administrator CREGG are currently recruiting a full-time, HR Administrator to join our clients team on-site in Athenry. This is a permanent position within the HR Department, providing key support to the HR and Training function at the Athenry site. The HR Administrator will be responsible for tasks such as employee onboarding, training coordination, maintaining HR documentation, and general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documents. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, preparing contracts and relevant documentation. Facilitate the induction process for new hires, including preparing all materials, conducting induction and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Maintain a good working relationship with all departments and be a point of contact for general HR queries and provide information regarding HR policies, benefits etc. Monitor absence and time keeping in line with Company policy while ensuring employees are using the Time Management System both onsite and working remotely. Assist and contribute to the development of the site-wide training plan. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure all staff are informed of and comply with HR policies. Qualifications and Skills: A third level diploma or degree qualification in Human Resource Management essential. Experience in HR is essential. Good knowledge of Irish Employment Law. Strong communication, presentation skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to build strong working relationships with internal & external customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office key packages.
