OverviewSquarespace Dublin is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join and support the local IT team. The ideal candidate will provide essential IT support for our Dublin office during their working hours. This role is an entry level position and will focus on delivering high-quality assistance to staff with day-to-day technical issues.You’ll Get To…Provide high quality support to Squarespace staff, both in the office and remote, in areas such as Mac/OS X, AV, printers, basic networking issues, remote access, internal web applications, and mobile devicesAssist staff and guests with phone, video and/or video conferencing equipmentHelp run and update local video conferencing solutions and other telecommunications channels used within the Dublin office during working hoursAssist with onboarding new hires in the Dublin office by provisioning computers, new accounts, and building access, likely in collaboration with a full-time team memberAssist with asset management (computers, monitors, other hardware, software licenses, etc.) for the Dublin office, potentially focusing on specific tasks or a subset of assetsProvide basic administration and support for common business applications such as Google GSuite, Atlassian, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
