We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team at My Docs. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a critical role in delivering a positive experience.
Responsibilities include managing front-desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors professionally and friendly.
* Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries accurately.
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
* Collect and update patient information and medical records accurately.
* Process billing and payments, including collecting co-pays and providing receipts.
* Manage and organize patient files confidentially and comply with privacy regulations (HIPAA).
