Location: Dublin 2 (Fully Onsite)
Are you a polished front-of-house professional with a passion for delivering five-star service? One of Dublin’s leading law firms is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
* Be the face of a top-tier legal practice
* Shift-based schedule: earliest start 7:45 AM, latest finish 6:30 PM
* Deliver a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors
* Manage a busy switchboard and high call volumes
* Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and AV support
* Book taxis/couriers and assist with admin duties as needed
* 3+ years' experience in a corporate receptionist role (legal/professional services background)
* Strong multitasker with a calm, confident presence
* Experience operating a high-volume switchboard
* Excellent communication and MS Office skills
* Comfortable with a rotating shift schedule
